Returns in the U.S.We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for U.S. orders.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@veilcosmetics.com. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition for Return: We accept opened and used products as long as the return was initiated within the 30 day window from receipt of product
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International Shipping (UK, Australia, EU)Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries within the European Union.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
